Physical preparation for sport is crucial to ensure you stay injury free as well as enhancing your performance.
A well structured Strength and Conditioning program is the key place to start to get your physical preparation on the right path.

RAD are now offering a special program for junior athletes looking to start physically preparing properly for their chosen sport. Open to any athlete between the age of 13 – 18.

  •  Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday afternoons at 4pm and 5pm
  •  60 minute session
  • Warm up / Movement Preparation
  • Jump / Land mechanics
  • Injury prevention / robustness
  • Strength training
  • Energy system development
  •  2 athletes in each session to ensure a high quality coach to athlete ratio

** New athletes will need to attend an initial 60min consultation to go over medical / injury history as well as perform a musculoskeletal screening and conduct any performance tests the coaches see necessary. Following this initial consultation a program will be written up and the athlete will then be able to book into the regular weekly time slots.


Initial consultation $80 (includes assessment and program write up)

Regular session $40
