L2 Running Strength Program - Home based

As a runner in conjunction to your training accumulating kms in the legs, Strength training plays a vital role to keeping you injury free as well as increasing your performance.

Following on from Level 1 – This 8 week E Book strength program is a progression from everything in that booklet, increasing the difficulty of the sessions. It is designed for runners – with the key focus around lower body and core strength.

It can be completed at home with minimal equipment – so it is super easy to implement.
