Netball 4 Week Running Program
This is a 4 week running program designed for senior netballers leading into Christmas.
It has been written with 3 sessions each week.
2 sessions to be combined with normal netball skills training, and then 1 additional session for players to complete in their own time.
Each session has been designed to keep it as easy as possible to implement for the coach, letting them focus on the skill component of the session
The main focus of this block is to build an aerobic base – following Christmas we will release a program which includes a lot more speed and repeat sprint drills – as well as incorporating small sided games into the running.
