Our GPP class is based around three core principles: Movement / Strength / Conditioning.
These classes are targeted at anyone looking to improve their general health at fitness. It is a 45min session in a small group training environment. Our Strength and Conditioning Coaches are there to guide and coach you through the whole session making sure you nail the technique on each movement.
These classes are currently scheduled on:
Tuesday 6:15am & 9:15am
Thursday 6:15am & 9:15am
$25 per class or $49 per week gets access to them all.
