Nutrition is an integral part of all athletes training and wellbeing. Good nutritional practices will help players train hard, recover well and adapt more effectively with less risk of illness and injury. It is important that athletes adopt specific nutritional strategies throughout training and on game day to help maximise their performance. 

This resource has been put together with the help of Accredited Sports Dietician – Claire Saundry.
