8 week Strength and Conditioning program – specifically designed for you!
After completing a Skype call with one of the RAD S&C Coaches to go over your current sport played, injury history, training experience, training schedule and then outline some goals and expectations.
The coach will then put together your first 4 week block, giving you access to our online training platform. Following the first 4 week block there will be another Skype call to touch base and check in, before progressing to the second block.
This allows you to still receive our expert coaching and programming skills even if you can’t make it to our high performance gym in Ballarat.
