Join us for a special workshop designed to help dancers train smarter, stay strong, and perform with confidence. Thursday 16th of April, 10am-1pm Throughout the session we’ll explore how strength training can enhance dance performance, hear from a physiotherapist about keeping dancers healthy and injury-free, learn simple nutrition strategies to support training, and gain valuable insights from a dancer’s perspective.
