
The RAD Performance Assessment provides us with an insight into you as an athlete, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement. At the completion of the Performance Assessment, each athlete is given a report detailing all aspects of the session. This can then be used by our coaching team at RAD to design a specific, individualised program for that athlete to follow, which will help them achieve their goals.
